[patch] rename configure.in to configure.ac

Hi,

time to modernize the configuration:

Since autoconf-2.5x, using "configure.in" is deprecated in favor of
"configure.ac".


The result is the patch below

After applying the patch,
svn rm configure.in
svn add configure.ac
