[Apt-Rpm] 'luaext' directory missing from current git

I noticed it too, it happened in this commit:

I think Panu plans to restructure the lua sub-project.
For now I just deleted luaext from Makefile.am  (I'm not really interested
in the lua stuff so I don't care if it gets built)
