[Apt-Rpm] Is apt-rpm still alive?

Hello everybody,

as a newcomer to this list I'm wondering about the current status of
apt-rpm.  The mailing list archive at
http://lists.laiskiainen.org/pipermail/apt-rpm-laiskiainen.org/ lists
July 2008 as the last month with archived messages and the git repo has
its last commit back in June. So the project seems to be somewhat stalled?

I have got a small patch which prevents a segfault, where to send it?  To
this list? And is gits usual format-patch/send-email workflow accepted?
