[Apt-Rpm] apt-rpm and rpm5: Some patches, some missing bits

Hi,
Trying to get apt-rpm to work fully with rpm 5.x -- the attached patches are a
step in this direction: The first is an updated version of a patch that was
posted here before, that updates it to compile with rpm 5.1.4.

The second makes apt use the system version of lua instead of its internalized
copy - this is important because rpm5 uses lua too, and the symbols of apt's
lua clash with rpm's unless both use the same lua library.

There's still a couple of issues I haven't had the time to track down yet
(genbaselist segfaults, apt-get occasionally hangs forever and eats up all
memory) -- is anyone else interested in using the apt-rpm/rpm5 combo?
