[Apt-Rpm] Brown paperbag release (0.5.15lorg3.94a)

Oh, duh. Just after putting out 0.5.15lorg3.94 I noticed it fails to build 
unless you happen to have recent apt's headers installed on your system.
I just put out a new tarball which fixes just this issue and nothing else, 
available as usual in http://apt-rpm.org/testing/

(and the versions just keep getting lovelier by the release ;)
