Hmm, AFAIK the only missing include for GCC 4.3 in latest devel release is 
<algorithm> missing in methods/http.cc but I'll double-check.

For 0.5.15lorg3.2 this certainly is necessary, maybe I should put out a 
maintenance release to address this and some other (minor) issues...
