Mandriva has apt-0.5.15cnc6-15mdv on the 2007.0 and 2007.1 mirrors (in
contribs/release).  I don't know if we have anything older than that
kicking around, however.  Looks like it wasn't even recompiled between
the 2007.0 and 2007.1 versions.
