[Apt-Rpm] rpm 4.4.9 woes for apt-rpm

AltimatOS is also aiming for a release near to the end of '07 / early '08, 
however due to the state of apt-rpm with upstream rpm, I'm not planning on 
updating to the latest release. This however WILL be something I want to aim 
for in the service packs post 1.0.
