Hello again,

I was wondering where I could find info on how tu put comments into
the preferences file.

This far I assume that only one line beginning with // is allowed, and
only if there is an entry following.

// pinning foo bar
Package: *
Pin: release c=foo-bar
Pin-Priority: 50

Or using Explanation:, which works or more than one line, but only if
it is followed by an entry:

Explanation: pinning foo bar
Package: *
Pin: release c=foo-bar
Pin-Priority: 50

No way to have a comment sign like # in shellscripts?
