Missing files with apt-0.5.15lorg3 install

This is to be expected, "make install" doesn't create a functional 
installation at currently so it's up to the packager to do these things. 
Much of these things could (and arguably should) be done from "make 
install" of course.

You should find new apt packages for FC4 and 5 in a few days from Fedora 
Extras. Right now it's only built for development repository of FE, of 
course you can try that as well.
