Having rebuilt my local repo containing my local version of apt, this
changed into this:

...
The following packages will be REMOVED:
   apt (1.6.2-3jpp_8fc)
   freeglut-devel (0.5.15lorg3-0.20060516.1642.fc4)
...

Note: The freeglut-devel entry now carries apt's version ;)
