[PATCH] Tiny error message update

"The unstable distribution" and "Incoming" are apparently Debianisms,
this patch weeds them out from error messages.

Note: at least the message keys in po/*.po should be updated too, but I
don't know what's the proper way to do that so maybe someone else can
take care of it.
