Updated Synaptic patches

With these patches Synaptic appears to work now as expected with
svn-trunk (lorg3 requires a one-line patch to make a private destructor
public for Synaptic to build). 

- http://apt-rpm.org/patches/synaptic-0.57.2-gcc41.patch needed to build
synaptic with gcc 4.1
- http://apt-rpm.org/patches/synaptic-0.57.2-repomd-1.patch teach
synaptic about repomd(-src) list types
- http://apt-rpm.org/patches/synaptic-0.57.2-showprog.patch fixes
package index download progress meter, not sure what this is about,
maybe it's some Fedora specific quirk, apt lorg vs older shouldn't
affect that (not sure though)

Not very heavily tested on FC5 x86_64 so watch for any anomalies. I'll
be submitting these patches to Synaptic upstream shortly.
