[patch] Add bugreport address, autotool files cleanup

The patch below 
* Adds this list's address as bugreport address to the configure script.
* Fixes a couple of minor packaging bugs in Makefile.ams.

Please run 
autoreconf 
from the toplevel source directory after applying this patch and 
svn check-in the result.
