I am using different setups and different version of apt-rpm in
parallel.
Basically, I have FE6's apt-rpm*.rpm rebuilt on FC5 from FE's CVS, but
with a more recent tarball from svn).

That's what I thought, I had.

<sigh/> ... What is it which prevents apt to work with FC/FE/Lvn's
current packaging?
