Docs?

Hi again,

Now that the man-page situation is clearing up, the next question would
be: 

What to do with the other Debian docs (doc/*.sgml)?

They seem to be written in sgml using "a debiandoc DTD", which at least
I can't find in Fedora.

Until now they are not used by apt-rpm and simply carried around inside
of the source tarballs.

Are they worth to be kept (+updated and converted to a usable format) or
can they be removed?
