[patch] remove man-page's sgml sources

Part 2 of the man-page cleanup:

Remove man-page's sgml sources and use the *roff sources directly.
(This patch also contains the results of regenerating the man-pages from
*sgml a final time)

After applying the patch below, please
svn rm doc/*.?.sgml

[No need to regenerate the auto* files, this time, the patch already
contains all auto*-related changes :)]
