[patch] remove i18n docs

Panu,

To avoid too much confusion, I would like to proceeded with cleaning up
doc/*sgml, step by step:

First round: Remove orphaned i18n'ed docs:
1. apply the patch below

2. please perform the following steps:
cd doc
svn rm guide.it.sgml fr pt_BR es

3. ./configure --enable-maintainer-mode
make distcheck

check-in the resulting diffs.
