I have libxml2 (2.6.16) packages for the complete stack. (el2,
rh7, rh9, el3, fc1 and fc2) Currently I haven't tested the new apt
on EL2 or RH7, but I plan to. (Still need to test Panu's patch)
But I didn't really mean the latest apt (that's why I added the 'almost').
The previous apt releases (although it doesn't have repomd or multilib
support) are functionally the same as the new releases. Which is different
to Yum 1.0 (el2) vs Yum 2.0 (el3) vs Yum 2.4 (el3).
