Importing the old apt-rpm archives

Unfortunately I don't have direct access to the mailman archives on
lists.laiskiainen.org, I'd have to ask support folks to do it and I'm
not sure if this is "supported activity" :) 

I *could* quite easily put the gzipped archives from the old list to
some directory on apt-rpm.laiskiainen.org if you're simply worried about
longer term availability of the old list archives.
