RFE: Adding ChangeLog?

Well, I prefer manually written ChangeLogs. Autogenerated ones aren't
that much useful in longer terms ;)

Anyway, you now will want to run automake from the toplevel of the
source tree, to propagate this change to the Makefiles.

This should result into the patch below.
